RESUME OF CO-OWNERSHIP CONTRACT
- Occupancy - The rotation calendar month chart clearly shows periods which co-owners have legal title. This can be varied by mutual consent with another co-owner
- Expenses of each co-owner - Each co-owner is responsible for 25% of all communal costs including property insurance and local taxes
- Management of the property - The management company will be selected by a majority of the co-owners. Spanish Homes 4 Golf will be pleased to nominate suitable companies but the final decision is for the co-owners. We will give each co-owner the contract addresses of the other co-owners to enable them to liaise over management details
- Breakages and Damages - Each co-owner is responsible for breakages and damage during their or any third party authorised by them.
- Selling your share - If you wish to sell your share of the property it will be valued at market price and offered to the other shareholders first. If they do not wish to purchase it you can put it on the market or we will sell it for you.
